What do I do if my debit or credit card is lost or stolen?

Call the bank immediately during business hours to cancel the lost or stolen card.
If after hours, call the toll-free number: 800-472-3272

How do I order / re-order checks?

Call the bank during normal business hours and any customer service representative can assist you.

What do I do if my checkbook is lost or stolen?

Notify the bank as soon as possible. We will take the necessary steps to cancel the remaining check numbers.
How do I set up Direct Deposit of my payroll check?

If your employer participates in a direct deposit program, contact the human resources or payroll department. They will ask for your Tennessee Bank & Trust routing and transit number, as well as your account number, all of which can be found on the bottom of your checks.

What is an image statement?

Image statements contain images of the cancelled checks with your monthly account statement, not the actual checks.

How do I enroll for Online Banking?

Call or stop by one of our branch locations to sign up.

How much does it cost?

Accessing account information through Online Banking, including Bill Pay, is free for both Personal and Commercial account customers.

How are payments processed through Online Banking?

Depending on the payee, Online Bill Pay may generate a check or create an electronic payment.

What if I forget my password?
 
If you forget your password, you may call the bank to have it reset. You'll be asked to provide additional personal information that will verify your identity. A temporary password will then be provided to you via email.
